BankofAmericaBadforAmerica.org is intended for personal use; for our users to share their personal opinions with the community. The following community guidelines are the basic principles which members must follow. Your participation in BankofAmericaBadforAmerica.org is subject to these community guidelines..

Violation of the Community Guidelines may result in the termination of your account and removal of comments and posts on the site.

No one under the age of 14 is allowed to register for participation on the site for safety reasons.

The following is a standard list of rules, which if violated can result in a possible termination of your account.

• Post original content only. Do not violate copyright law by stealing other people's work including images, video, or sound.
• No pornography or sexually explicit content.
• No graphic violence.
• No vulgarity.
• Do not upload content which is illegal or prohibited.
• No defamation.  If you're going to make an accusation against a particular person or company, check your facts first and make sure you've got it right.
• No invasion of privacy.  Don't post a video with someone else in it without getting their permission first.
• No hate speech which attacks based on gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnic origin, veteran status, color, age, disability or nationality.
• No spam. Do not cross post videos that have nothing to do with the site. Do not deceive people into watching videos with incorrectly labeled titles.
• No commercial use. This site is intended for individuals. There is no selling products or services through yourself or your posted content including videos and comments.

If you feel that content posted anywhere on the site violates these community guidelines please email info@bankofamericabadforamerica.org. Please include the user name of the content in violation so we can review it and remove as necessary.
